What you will do at Signaturit, A Namirial Company 🚀
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing programs across the Italian market, driving demand generation, brand awareness, and pipeline growth in close collaboration with Sales, Regional Marketing, and Marketing Operations. This role owns the local go-to-market execution: from planning and running third party events to localizing campaigns and tracking their impact on the sales funnel.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, is comfortable working with regional and global teams, and has a strong grasp of the Italian business landscape.
You main missions are:
Design, plan, and execute field marketing programs (events, webinars, trade shows, roundtables, partner activities) that generate qualified pipeline in the Italian market. Own the Italian Marketing Plan.
Partner with the Sales team in Italy to align marketing activities with sales targets and account priorities (ABM approach where relevant).
Localize and adapt regional/global campaigns, content, and messaging for the Italian audience, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of local events: budget, logistics, vendor management, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (leads, pipeline influence, ROI) using marketing operations tools and CRM data.
Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis for Italy to inform positioning and campaign strategy.
Manage the local marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across channels and activities.
Collaborate with Regional Marketing colleagues to share best practices and ensure consistency across Southern European markets.
Build and maintain relationships with associations, and partner organizations to expand brand presence.
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context 🎯
2/4 years of experience in field marketing or demand generation, ideally in a B2B/SaaS or technology environment.
Fluent in Italian and English required, Spanish is a plus.
Proven track record of planning and executing marketing events and campaigns that generate measurable pipeline results.
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
Analytical mindset, comfortable reporting on marketing KPIs and translating data into actionable recommendations.
Willingness to travel within Italy (and occasionally across Southern Europe) for events and customer/partner meetings.
A proactive, collaborative attitude and comfort operating in a matrixed, multi-country organization.
