We automate and secure critical client interactions such as onboarding, customer verification, and contract signing. As part of a scale-up in the RegTech space, we develop SaaS solutions specialized in digital identity security, electronic signatures, and fraud prevention.
Our platform enables businesses to enhance their client experience with solutions in:
- Electronic Signature: digitization and automation of signing processes
- KYC & ID Verification: online identity and document verification with AI and machine learning
In order to strengthen our legal team, we are looking for a Digital Identity Lawyer.
What you will do at Signaturit 🚀
Within the Legal Department, reporting to the Head of Legal France & DPO, and working in an international and multicultural environment, the main responsibilities of theDigital Identity Lawyer include:
- Protecting the company’s interests from both strategic and commercial perspectives, primarily in the areas of contracts, new technologies, and intellectual property.
Contract drafting and management
- Draft or assist in drafting commercial contracts for clients and/or suppliers, private partners, as well as contracts related to intellectual property (outsourcing, assignment of rights, etc.)
- Provide support to operational teams in various forms: responses to tenders, drafting framework agreements or negotiated procedures, general terms and conditions of sale, partnership agreements, etc.
- Support the Sales department in the negotiation of contracts with clients and partners.
- Draft and regularly update a library of standard contracts and the contract management tool.
Preparation of legal documents
- Assist the Head of Legal in drafting and updating the company’s legal documentation (terms and conditions of sale, terms of use, data protection policy, etc.), or documents specific to our certification authority activities, in accordance with technical and regulatory developments.
Legal monitoring and compliance
- Conduct ongoing legal monitoring of the company’s activities, tracking changes in national, European, and sometimes international regulations as well as relevant case law.
- Ensure proper application of regulations within the legal areas of expertise (GDPR, eIDAS Regulation, etc.).
Legal advice and support to operational teams
- Advise operational departments (customer success, marketing, sales, product…)
- Provide information and legal advice to the company, especially to operational teams and top management, on legal issues related to projects
-Draft legal memos and recommendations for internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with current laws or to anticipate regulatory change
- Train customer-facing teams to provide legal-related responses to clients, or on other legal topics (GDPR, contract law, regulatory matters, etc.)
- Develop and lead training sessions on legal topics related to the company’s business activities; Assist in enforcing procedures implemented within the company and the legal department.
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context 🎯
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Law, ideally with a specialization in IT Law / New Technologies / Digital Law
- Proven experience (+5 years) in a similar role within a SaaS / IT / Tech environment.
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- French and English are mandatory
